    I've seen better, but worse too

    The breakfast buffet was a good surprise, with a mix of local favorites and classic dishes. The staff's warmth and attentiveness were good, despite some minor inconveniences.

    perfect base for exploring parks and local attractions

    The buffet breakfast offered an amazing variety of dishes, and i was really impressed with the warm hospitality from the staff, were really nice to ensure my comfort , made my weekend city strolls thoroughly enjoyable.

    great location with friendly staff

    The location is unbeatable, right on the beach. I especially enjoyed the fine sea view from my spacious Beautiful Room. The staff demonstrated genuine warmth, always ready to assist while providing a cute atmosphere.

    The entrance area could use some brightening up.

    Breakfast was delcious, beds were comfy, and very easy to get to the airport in the morning!

    You need to make the 38% taxes more obvious. This was a shock when we reached the property and had to pay ~$50 more than we expected for one nights stay

    The beach was amazing, and the pools offered a lovely reprieve from the sun. Staff friendliness really stood out, especially in the restaurant, where the food was varied and enjoyable. The lift access only reaching the rooms and not the dining areas posed a challenge with mobility issues.

    The rooms, especially those with a sea view, offer a comfortable stay and provide a nice escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The buffet dinners feature a wide array of choices.

    Some areas of the hotel are quite worn, particularly the entrance, which lacks vibrancy and light. The walkways to the rooms are dim, and the occasional loud party across the road can disrupt the tranquility. The crows love the pool area, and despite efforts to deter them, it can feel overrun at times. Basic amenities were lacking. For instance, the room had a malfunctioning cupboard and insufficient lighting. Lastly, noise from events can carry into the rooms.

    Excellent location on the beach with ocean views. You can take long walks along the beach. Lots of places to relax around the pools. Territory groomed and comfortable.

    Inside the room on the ground floor there is high humidity.The bed was wet.

    I highly recommend this place to stay in Negombo. staff really helpful, located near to all restaurants and very quite place. don't hesitate to stay in this hotel.

    They don't serve buzz during full moon.
